Rebranding traps

ReceiptBank rebranded to Dext; now, this should have been all positive, aside from the slight issue on the meaning of Dext in the Urban dictionary, yet on the day of launch this occurred.

❌ Website wording not matching social media

❌ Blog out of date (says updated weekly, last post 9th April 2020)

❌ Poorly worded and timed communications

❌ Dated website design

❌ Bookkeepers forgotten

❌ Links from the home page are broken.

❌ Social media channels ignored.

Maybe I'm just getting old, but I'm surprised not one person reached out to me regarding all the issues raised.
